The refund policy offered by common-cents.com.au (The Seller) is "If you cannot save the purchase price of this software (CommonCent$) we will gladly refund your money"
1. A refund will not be considered until common-cents.com.au has reviewed all information submitted by you (The Purchaser) and inputed your relevant data to achieve the results " Save the purchase price of the software". In the event the desired result is achieved you waive your rights to any refund.(Note. A Tax saving of any amount is regarded as a saving)
2. In the event that you have entered data incorrectly and incorrect calculations have been displayed (Rule 1 under these Terms & Conditions Applies)
3. In the event you have purchased the software and have agreed to the License Agreement and/or Terms & Conditions at the time of purchase. (Rule 1 under these Terms & Conditions Applies)
4. The software complies to legislation at the time of release. If you have purchased the software during the current Financial Year and beyond the control of common-cents.com.au the legislation has changed, this will not constitute a refund. However common-cents.com.au will endeavour to rectify the problem and alert purchasers to a new update during the current Financial Year if or when it becomes available. No refunds will be honoured if common-cents.com.au is unable to offer an update.
5. The software is only current during the Financial Year that it has been released. In the event you purchase the software and used it other than for the Financial Year it's intended use was mean't for, you waive your right to a refund. eg using the 2005 - 2006 software in the 2006 - 2007 Financial Year.
6. If at anytime while using the program you believe it is not performing as common-cents.com.au has claimed. (Rule 1 under these Terms & Conditions Applies)
